Backstage Manager
This position is responsible for working the backstage area of the show at the direction of the Stage Manager. The Backstage Manager manages daily backstage needs like staging of props, coordination artists entrances, timings of stage moves and other technical needs. This position also operates the winch during the show.
Bar & Dining Room Manager
The Bar & Floor Manager is operating under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Director with the primary function of providing support and maintenance to all bar operations, encompassing beverage program execution, beverage and bar supply purchasing and inventory, beverage program administrative duties, beverage storage, preparation, presentation and minimization of waste. Additionally, they provide “right hand” support to the Director of Food & Beverage in all food & beverage operations related areas, such as show implementation, integration of beverage and food service with show, staff management (staff selection, attendance and performance), guest relations (guest satisfaction and guest issues resolution).
Server
The Server is the position most intimately connected with our guests throughout the performance and whose duties encompass all aspects of hospitality. It requires a sparkling, dynamic, outgoing personality, knowledge and a sense of humor.
Bartender
The Bartender is the position with the most immediate connection with our guests. It requires an energetic, “think on your feet” attitude, a keen sense of observation, practiced skill-sets, extensive product knowledge, efficiency of movement and a polished and tactful demeanor.
Map/Host
Works under Director of Ticketing and in collaboration with Food & Beverage Director and the Audience Services Team in communicating Audience needs to Hospitality Staff, creating detailed record of performance needs, daily seating map charts, supporting materials for operations as well as leading the check in and seating process.
Dining/Show Assistant
Dining Room and Show Assistants are an integral part of Teatro ZinZanni. Their purpose is to provide support to service staff, hosts and dining room management as well as provide assistance with crew moves and support the production and show side of the operation. Because dining room assistants are asked to perform multiple duties by more than one side of the operation, they must have clear priorities at all times and must ensure speed, efficiency and cleanliness on a consistent basis, as well as precision and timeliness in executing show moves.
Coat Check Attendant
The Coat Check is required to act as an ambassador of the venue and to welcome guests with upbeat and courteous hospitality and entrust their possessions in safekeeping for the duration of the show.
