Director of Operations

The Operations Director manages the daily operational aspects of the theater ensuring smooth and efficient running of the venue. This will include oversight of the staff, budgets, schedules and technical aspects as well as ensuring the safety and quality of the performances and events as well and the customer service experience.

The Operations Director is responsible for maintaining and clarifying communications between all departments, which include marketing, F&B, production, and executive and administrative teams. In addition, this position supports the production installation prior to opening.

Stage Manager

This position is responsible for calling show cues nightly for the Teatro Zinzanni show as well as organizing and running rehearsals, maintaining company safety standards and supporting technical staff. They also create, maintain and distribute daily/weekly production schedules and reports. They maintain a high level of production standards and production procedures and practices for the company.

Theatrical Lighting Supervisor

The Lighting Supervisor operates the light board nightly for shows and works with the Lighting Designer (LD) and Stage Manager (SM) to create the best show possible. They operate and adjust cues as determined by the Director and SM. They will train a lighting sub to cover extended show weeks. This person must have worked on an EOS light board or something comparable. Once the show is operating, they will create an equipment maintenance schedule with the SM. This position keeps the system operational; orders supply and works with the organizational team on the lighting approach to the room as well.
