What Is Teatro ZinZanni?

For over 26 years, Teatro ZinZanni has welcomed audiences to intimately staged productions featuring over-the-top theatrics paired with lavish food and drink. While each Teatro ZinZanni is unique, the recipe is consistent: a dash of circus, a hint of Vaudeville, a whisper of cabaret, finished with Teatro ZinZanni’s signature, not-so-secret ingredient: joy. 

What time does the show start?

Check in begins 1 hour before your scheduled performance time.

While we love your enthusiasm, we cannot accommodate early arrivals. 

Teatro ZinZanni’s standard show length is approximately 2.5 hours long.

We ask you arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the show to allow time for socializing and seating.

Late seating is accommodated at the discretion of our host. Late ticket holders are welcome to sit and see the show, but forfeit their meal service.

We highly recommend coming by Light Rail – the SODO station @ 500 S Lander St, Seattle, WA 98134 is only a few blocks away! 

I am driving to the venue. Where should I park?

Teatro ZinZanni does not have a dedicated parking lot. However, there is ample street parking in the area, in addition to parking lots within 1 block of the venue.

Should I print out my tickets?

We are a ticketless venue and your name is already on the list! Simply provide your first and last name to the hostess in order to be seated.

How long is the show?

The show is roughly 2.5 hours.

Is Teatro ZinZanni appropriate for children?

We give Teatro ZinZanni a PG-13 rating. 

While there is no specific age requirement to attend the show, the production is jam-packed with sophisticated humor, sensuality and innuendo. It is up to the discretion of the parent or guardian to determine if the show is appropriate for their children. Please note, there is no special ticket price or menu for children. Babies in arms will not be comfortable.

Do all ticket types include food?

Yes! All ticket types include a 4-course meal. Add-ons and beverages are available for purchase.

Are drinks available for purchase before the show begins?

Yes, we are happy to serve you and your guests cocktails before the show begins. However, all cocktails must be ordered through your server at your assigned table. 

Are there any discounts for seniors or students? What about military?

Yes! We offer discounted  tickets for Seniors, Students, and Government Workers (military, teachers, etc.) in all seating sections.

May I take photos during the Teatro ZinZanni show?

We welcome photos and video up until the start of the show, during your food & drink arrival, and after the performance ends. However, we ask that you enjoy the theatrical acts without your devices for the safety of our staff and performers.

What should I wear? Is formal attire required?

Fancy schmancy attire is requested. Statement earrings paired with statement shoes? Sparkly tuxedo, jacket or tie? A sequined handbag or elbow length gloves? An exquisite masquerade mask or an oversized boa? How about a teeny tiny top hat? Anything goes at Teatro ZinZanni! 

But please, no t-shirts, shorts, or flip flop sandals.

Will I be cold? Should I wear a coat?

Good news – we offer free coat check for all guests. 

Our venue is completely indoors, but we recommend wearing outlandish outwear in case you catch a chill.

Do you honor Teatro ZinZanni gift cards?
Absolutely! Teatro ZinZanni gift cards never expire and can be used as a payment type directly through our website. Click here to verify your current balance.
Unfortunately, gift cards are not available for purchase at this time due to the limited nature of our current production.

What can I expect?

Founded in Seattle in 1998, Teatro ZinZanni’s productions unify the immeasurable talents from the best-of cirque, music, comedy, magic, and entertainment. Each Teatro ZinZanni performance is distinctly interactive and playful: to attend Teatro ZinZanni is to be a part of Teatro ZinZanni. And while attendees are encouraged to wear formal wear, they are also encouraged to embrace their wild, informal tendencies.

Can I choose my own seats?

All seating is assigned by our hospitality team prior to your arrival based on your purchased seating section. Please refer to your ticket for your confirmed seating section.

I am a party of one. How am I seated?

Teatro ZinZanni features communal style seating. If you are attending on your own, you will be seated with other guests. So, get ready to make a few new friends.

I am coming with others, but we all purchased our tickets separately. Can we all sit together?
Please contact the Box Office at (206) 802-0015 or info@zinzanni.com by 6PM the day before your performance. In your email, include your order number and the order number of the ticket holders you would like to be seated with.
Do you do anything special for birthdays or important occasions?

We welcome celebrations of all kinds! Birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, non sequiturs, you name it! Give us all the details of your special event at checkout and we’ll be sure to make it a night to remember.

Can we bring a large group?

We love groups! Whatever the occasion, we are delighted to help you celebrate the moment with laughter and song, dinner and dreams. Reach out to our Group Sales team here for more information on how we can make your event as magical as possible.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! We do our best to accommodate dietary needs within the constraints of the set menu. At checkout you will be prompted for any dietary requirements and the information is stored directly in the reservation. Unfortunately, for this reason we cannot accommodate Kosher or Halal meals. If you have any specific questions regarding your dietary needs, please contact our Box Office at (206) 802-0015 or info@zinzanni.com.

What is your policy regarding gratuities?

All beverage service or food add-ons are subject to a 20% gratuity. For parties of six or more, your bill will be presented on one check.

Are drinks are available for purchase during the show?

A curated selection of wines, beers, and spirits are available for purchase during the performance along with soft drinks and other non alcoholic options.

Teatro ZinZanni is a table service only venue, so please place your order with your server once you’ve been seated.

Can I bring my own bottle of wine if I pay a corkage fee?
We are not able to accommodate outside bottles of wine. However, we have a curated selection of wines by the glass available to order from your server.

REFUND AND RESCHEDULE POLICY

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

We allow cancellations for parties under 10 up until 72 hours prior to a scheduled performance for a fee of $40 per ticket. Those who would like to retain their reservation can move their order to an alternative date for $10 per ticket. We do not tender refunds within 72 hours of a scheduled performance, however we would be happy to reschedule reservations for an alternative date for a fee of $40 per ticket. Discounts cannot be applied to a previously-completed purchase. To alter your reservation, please call the Box Office at (206) 802-0015 or email info@zinzanni.com

What is Teatro ZinZanni’s inclement weather policy?

Teatro ZinZanni performances will be canceled only if driving conditions are deemed perilous by the Washington Department of Transportation. If a performance is canceled, Teatro ZinZanni will take extreme care to contact all ticket holders by email no later than noon of the scheduled performance date. If you are unable to attend a performance due to inclement weather and Teatro ZinZanni has not canceled the performance, notify our Box Office at (206) 802-0015 or info@zinzanni.com in advance of your current reservation in order to exchange your ticket for another available performance. Please note that we will not be able to exchange your tickets after your reservation has passed.

What happens if a performance is canceled?

If Teatro ZinZanni cancels a performance, ticket exchanges will be offered. Exchanges will be granted for the closest amount of your original reservation, rounding down when an exact match is not available.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

I have an accessibility need. Will you accommodate me?

Yes! Accessibility needs are met in all sections other than our Stage Side seating section. Please inform the Box Office at checkout that a member of your party has accessibility needs and we will make the necessary accommodations. Please note that the show does feature the use of strobes, hazers, and other stimuli. Ramp access is available for those who have difficulty navigating stairs.

Can I bring my service dog with me into the theatre?

Of course! Contact the Box Office at (206) 802-0015 or info@zinzanni.com in advance to ensure we appropriately accommodate you and your service dog.
