What is the price of a ticket?
Tickets start at $99 and vary based on seating section, capacity sold, and day of week. Tickets include a four-course meal. Prices subject to increase over time.
Additional charges include a $8 per-person base gratuity, plus tax as well as any beverages or food add-ons you choose to purchase. Gratuity for your night of show beverage service and food add-ons are greatly appreciated.
Do I need to make reservations? How far in advance?
For weekday performances, you should typically purchase at least one week in advance. For weekend performances, two weeks or more in advance is advisable. Premium Floor and Inner Ring Seating may sell out anywhere up to one month in advance. Check with Box Office for last-minute availability. Individual tickets can usually be purchased up to 6 weeks in advance, but tickets for groups of 12 or more can be secured up to a year or more in advance.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Parties of 11 or fewer may exchange their tickets to another date with a fee of $10 per ticket with 24-hour notice and $30 per ticket day of performance. Call the box office at 206.802.0015 to request an exchange.
Can I buy a ticket without dinner?
No. The multi-course dinner is an integral part of the experience.
How do I buy a gift certificate?
Purchase Teatro ZinZanni gift cards from the Box Office at 206.802.0015 or online. Gift cards are available in any amount, are not date specific, and let the receiver select the date that works best for their schedule, on a space available basis. Gift cards are non-refundable. You can also check your gift card balance online.
The Show
When should I arrive and how long is the show?
- Wed – Sat Eve: Doors open at 6:00pm, show begins at 7:00pm
- Sunday Eve: Doors open at 5:00pm, show begins at 6:00pm
- Select Sunday Matinees: Doors open at 11:00am, show begins at 11:30am
The beginning of the show is marked by the striking up of the band and world of Teatro ZinZanni starting to emerge all around you. Once the lights dim, the show is approximately 2 1/2 hours. We encourage our guests to arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the show. The bar and boutique will be open for pre-show cocktails and shopping. Late seating is accommodated at the discretion of the restaurant host.
Please note: performances are currently scheduled through February 16, 2020 before Teatro ZinZanni prepares for a planned hiatus in order to prepare for the build of a permanent venue at it’s headquarter location in Woodinville. Performances will begin again in fall of 2020 with details of the Grand Opening to be announced soon.
I’ve never been to Teatro ZinZanni. What can I expect?
From the moment you step through the doors into our 100-year-old Spiegeltent you will be transported into another world where performers break free from the confines of the stage and the action unfolds all around you. No two performances are alike as the wall between artist and audience disappears. A few guests may be invited to participate, many will enjoy table-side interaction with artists, and everyone will share in being a part of a one-of-a-kind celebratory event creating a memorable evening for all. What is the dress code?
Abandon your inhibitions and celebrate the evening with festive dress. From boas to bangles, feel free to deck yourself out in whatever dressy garb suits your style, but please no t-shirts, shorts or sneakers. Our ZinZanni Boutique features a variety of accessories ranging from top hats and tiaras to feathered masks, boas, jewelry, and beyond.
May I bring my children?
There is no specific age requirement to attend the show; however, it is a three-hour evening filled with sophisticated humor, sensuality and innuendo. It is up to the discretion of the parent or guardian to determine if the show is appropriate for their children. Please note, there is no special ticket price or menu for children and our venue. Babes in arms will not be comfortable.
May I bring my camera?
For the safety of our performers, personal photography is prohibited in the tent and in the boutique. Photographic services are available on the night of the show.
Seating
What is the seating arrangement?
Seating will be determined by the maî·tre d’ on the day of the show prior to opening the doors. We will seat according to the number of tickets in a reservation and can ensure your group is seated together within your section. Tickets purchased in separate sections will be seated separately. We cannot guarantee any specific seats in the venue, but we are happy to take your request in the box office. We accommodate anyone with accessibility needs.
May I ask to sit with another party?
If you and your friends make reservations under different names, please contact the box office 24 hours prior to the show. Guests who show up with two different reservations on the night of the show are not likely to be accommodated.
How do I reserve guaranteed floor seating or front row seating?
Our venue has a unique design with in-the-round seating. While we don’t have a traditional front row, tickets in the Center Ring section will get you closest to the action in the center of the tent. Although, even in the back of the room, you’re still very much a part of the action happening all around you.
How many people at a table?
Our venue has tables of various sizes with the largest seating 6 guests. If we must break up a larger party, we will seat all guests in that party at adjacent tables. We cannot add additional seats to existing tables. We can accommodate any size group within the capacity of the venue.

We are located in Woodinville Wine Country at Hollywood Station, the Old Redhook building.
What parking is available?
Parking at Teatro ZinZanni is free, but be aware that the Hollywood Station campus may have activities that restrict parking for visitors. Please follow the signs to the designated Teatro ZinZanni parking.

The Meal
May we bring our own wine?
If you have a special bottle of wine you would like to bring with you to the show and it is not on our wine list you are welcome to do so, limited to four 750 ml bottles or two magnums per party. For group bookings of 12 or more, this is limited to six 750 ml bottle or four magnums per group. Please note, there is a $25 per 750ml bottle and $50 per magnum corkage fee.
Do you have a vegetarian and vegan menu?
Yes! Ask your server what vegetarian and vegan options are available or see the full menu ahead of time.
Other dietary or allergy related requests should be made directly with the Box Office.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! Our chef is very good at dealing with allergies and restrictions. We ask each patron if they have any dietary needs and note those directly in the reservation. The only dietary requests we cannot accommodate are Kosher or Halal meals.
What is your policy regarding gratuities?
Gratuities for your meal are not included in the ticket price. An $8 per person gratuity plus tax will be added to your bill on the night of the performance. Additional gratuity for your beverage service or food add-ons you choose to purchase are greatly appreciated.
For parties of six or more, beverage purchases will be presented on one check with gratuities included. (Beverage gratuities calculated at 20% of purchases.)

Do you do anything special for birthdays or important occasions?
Teatro ZinZanni is the place to celebrate and we encourage birthdays, anniversaries and any other occasion you wish to celebrate. We can help make your evening even more special with a birthday or anniversary gift package from our lobby boutique, or with pre-sale options including wine and champagne. Please contact the Box Office for more details.
Due to Fire Code restrictions we are not allowed to have open flame (birthday candles) on the dessert.
Accessibility
I have a wheelchair. Will you accommodate me?
Teatro ZinZanni is accessible. When you purchase your tickets, please inform the Box Office that a member of your party will arrive in a wheelchair, and we will make certain to seat your party in a location that affords them plenty of room to get in and out of the venue.
Can I bring my service dog with me into the theatre?
Of course! Contact the Box Office in advance to discuss any specific needs to ensure we accommodate you and your service dog.
Inclement Weather
What is Teatro ZinZanni’s inclement weather policy?
Teatro ZinZanni performances will be cancelled only if driving conditions are deemed perilous by the Washington Department of Transportation. If a performance is cancelled, Teatro ZinZanni will make every effort to contact all ticket holders by email no later than noon of the scheduled day.
If you are unable to attend a performance due to inclement weather and Teatro ZinZanni has not canceled the performance, you may notify the Box Office in advance of your current reservation and exchange your ticket for another available performance. A $10 service fee per ticket will apply. Please note that we will not be able to exchange your tickets after your reservation has passed.
What happens if a performance is cancelled?
If Teatro ZinZanni cancels a performance, ticket exchanges will be offered. Exchanges will be granted for the closest amount of your original reservation, rounding down when an exact match is not available. A ticket voucher will be mailed to the billing address provided when you made your reservation, unless otherwise specified. The ticket voucher will include redemption instructions. Ticket vouchers expire six months after the cancelled show date.
