What is Teatro ZinZanni?
Teatro ZinZanni is part circus, part cabaret, and always magical. Described as “This city’s hottest ticket” by The New York Times, Teatro ZinZanni is a night out unlike any other. A whirlwind of international cirque, comedy and cabaret artists all served up with a scrumptious multi-course feast and elegant libations. Famous for its intimate setting, the fast-paced action of the show unfolds above, around and even alongside you as you dine on a gourmet meal.
What time does the show start?
All evening performances for Teatro ZinZanni start at 7:30pm with doors at 6:30pm. Our select matinees are at 12:00pm with doors at 11:30am.
Can I print out my tickets?
Teatro ZinZanni is a paperless venue and patrons can check in with our host under the ticket holder name upon arrival and escorted to their seat, similar to a reservation at a restaurant.
Can I choose my own seats?
Absolutely! Our Premium Perimeter and Private Table for 2 seating sections both allow you to decide exactly where you’ll be enjoying the show from. General Admission seating is communal and assigned by our host prior to guest arrival.
How long is the show?
The show is 2.5 hours.
Is Teatro ZinZanni appropriate for children?
There is no specific age requirement to attend the show; however, it is a three-hour evening filled with sophisticated humor, sensuality and innuendo. It is up to the discretion of the parent or guardian to determine if the show is appropriate for their children. Please note, there is no special ticket price or menu for children and our venue. Babes in arms will not be comfortable.
Do all ticket types include food?
Yes! The 4-course meal is an integral part of the performance and incorporated in to the show. Additional food and beverage is available both by pre-order and on the night of your performance.
May I take video during the Teatro ZinZanni show?
We welcome photo and video up until the start of the show. Once the show begins, we would ask that you put your devices away and enjoy the performance for the safety of our staff and performers.
What can I expect?
Prepare to be transported into another world where performers break free from the confines of the stage and the action unfolds all around you. No two performances are alike as the wall between artist and audience disappears. A few guests may be invited to participate, many will enjoy table-side interaction with artists, and everyone will share in being a part of a one-of-a- kind celebratory event creating a memorable evening for all.

What is the seating arrangement?
Seating is determined both by purchased seating section and at the discretion of the host. Tickets purchased in General Admission are seated at communal tables and arranged according to the number of tickets in a reservation. Tickets in our Premium or Private sections are located as shown on our seating map.
Can we bring a large group?
We love groups! Whatever the occasion, we are delighted to help you celebrate the moment with laughter and song, dinner and dreams. Reach out to our Group Sales team for more information on how we can make your event as magical as possible.
How do I reserve the best seating?
To reserve the best seating, we’d encourage you to purchase in our Premium Perimeter or Private Tables for 2 seating sections. These areas allow you to purchase a specific table as close to the action as you desire!
How many people at a table?
Our venue has tables of various sizes with the largest seating 12 guests. For larger parties, we will seat all guests in that party at adjacent tables as we unfortunately cannot add additional seats to existing tables. We can accommodate any size group within the capacity of the venue, however smaller parties may be seated at communal tables with other guests.
When should I arrive and how long is the show?
- For all evening shows doors open at 6:30pm, show begins at 7:30pm
- Select Matinees: Doors open at 11:30am, show begins at 12:00pm.
The beginning of the show is marked by the striking up of the band and world of Teatro ZinZanni starting to emerge all around you. Once the lights dim, the show is approximately 2 1/2 hours. We encourage our guests to arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the show. The bar and boutique will be open for pre-show cocktails and shopping. Late seating is accommodated at the discretion of the host. We welcome photo and video up until the the start of the show. Once the show begins, we would ask that you put your devices away and enjoy the performance for the safety of our staff and performers.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! We do our best to meet dietary restrictions within the constraints of a set menu. At checkout you will be prompted for any dietary requirements and the information is stored directly in the reservation. Unfortunately, for this reason we cannot accommodate Kosher or Halal meals. If you have any specific questions regarding your dietary needs, our Box Office would be happy to assist you.
What is your policy regarding gratuities?
Gratuity for your beverage service or food add-ons you choose to purchase are greatly appreciated. For parties of six or more, beverage purchases will be presented on one check with gratuities included. (Beverage gratuities calculated at 20% of purchases.)
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Guests may exchange their tickets to another date with 72 hour notice for a fee of $10 per ticket and $40 after. Call the box office at 206.802.0015 to request an exchange.
What is Teatro ZinZanni’s inclement weather policy?
Teatro ZinZanni performances will be cancelled only if driving conditions are deemed perilous by the Washington Department of Transportation. If a performance is cancelled, Teatro ZinZanni will make every effort to contact all ticket holders by email no later than noon of the scheduled day. If you are unable to attend a performance due to inclement weather and Teatro ZinZanni has not canceled the performance, you may notify the Box Office in advance of your current reservation and exchange your ticket for another available performance. A $10 service fee per ticket will apply. Please note that we will not be able to exchange your tickets after your reservation has passed.
What happens if a performance is canceled?
If Teatro ZinZanni cancels a performance, ticket exchanges will be offered. Exchanges will be granted for the closest amount of your original reservation, rounding down when an exact match is not available.
I have an accessibility need. Will you accommodate me?
Yes! For General Admission Seating, please inform the Box Office that a member of your party has accessibility needs when at checkout and we will make the necessary accommodations.. For accessible Premium Perimeter Seating, please call the Box Office directly. Please note that the show does feature the use of strobes, hazers, and other stimuli.
Are there stairs getting into the venue?
Yes, Sodo Park does have a small set of stairs leading up to the venue’s main entrance. We ask that patrons with mobility concerns have a member of their party alert the host of their arrival and the host will escort them through our side entrance elevator to their seat.
Can I bring my service dog with me into the theatre?
Of course! Contact the Box Office in advance to discuss any specific needs to ensure we accommodate you and your service dog.
