Cancellations: We allow cancellations for parties under 10 up until 24 hours prior to a scheduled performance – you will receive a full refund less a fee of $25 per ticket.

Exchanges: We allow exchanges for parties under 10 up until 24 hours prior to a scheduled performance for a fee of $10 per ticket. We allow day of show exchanges for a fee of $25 per ticket.

If Teatro ZinZanni cancels a performance, ticket exchanges will be offered. Exchanges will be granted for the closest amount of your original reservation, rounding down when an exact match is not available.
