Food and Beverage Manager

The Food and Beverage Manager position provides leadership and oversight of the food and beverage programs on the business and operations level as well as on the hospitality integration into the overall Teatro ZinZanni show experience. The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible and accountable for planning, direction, support and success of the entire hospitality team to assure peak performance, and establish excellence for the guest experience.

Line Cook

The Teatro ZinZanni Line Cook prepares food consistent with Teatro ZinZanni recipes, menus and standards for guests and staff; and ensures proper handling of all food-in-process items and the proper presentation of all prepared items. Duties include cleaning dishes and kitchen utensils, ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, stocking shelves, and assisting chefs with food preparation.

Bar Manager

Works under General Manager supervision in overseeing bar operations encompassing beverage menu creation, beverage and bar supply purchasing, storage, preparation, presentation, minimization of waste, and supervision of beverage execution by bar staff. Accountable for achieving budgeted costs for beverage products.

 

Bartender

The Bartender is the position with the most immediate connection with our guests. It requires an energetic, “think on your feet” attitude, a keen sense of observation, practiced skill-sets, extensive product knowledge, efficiency of movement and a polished and tactful demeanor.

 

Server/Cocktailer

The Server is the position most intimately connected with our guests throughout the performance and whose duties encompass all aspects of hospitality. It requires a sparkling, dynamic, outgoing personality, knowledge and a sense of humor.

 

Stage Manager

This position is responsible for calling show cues nightly for the Teatro Zinzanni show as well as, organizing and running rehearsals, note taking at meetings, help with scheduling, maintaining company safety standards, leading the backstage managers and working with and supporting the technical staff. They also create, maintain and distribute daily/ weekly production schedules and show reports. They maintain the general production standards and production procedures and practices for the company.
