What Is Teatro ZinZanni?
For over 26 years, Teatro ZinZanni has welcomed audiences to intimately staged productions featuring over-the-top theatrics paired with lavish food and drink. While each Teatro ZinZanni is unique, the recipe is consistent: a dash of circus, a hint of Vaudeville, a whisper of cabaret, finished with Teatro ZinZanni’s signature, not-so-secret ingredient: love.
When does the show start?
Teatro ZinZanni performances typically run Thursday through Saturday at 7:00 p.m. and Sundays at 6:00 p.m., with select 12:00 p.m. Saturday matinees.
Check-in begins 1 hour before your scheduled performance time. While we appreciate your enthusiasm, we regret that we cannot accommodate early arrivals.Â
Teatro ZinZanni’s standard show length is approximately 2.5 hours. We kindly request that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the show to allow sufficient time for socializing and seating. Â
Late seating is accommodated at the discretion of our host. Late ticket holders are welcome to sit and watch the show, but they will forfeit any pre-purchased meal service.

I am driving to the venue. Where should I park?
Teatro ZinZanni does not have a dedicated parking lot. However, there is ample street parking in the area, in addition to a parking lot within 2 blocks of the venue.Â

Where are my tickets?
We are a ticketless venue, and your name is already on the list! Please provide your first and last name to the hostess upon arrival.
How does seating work? Can I choose my own seats?
Our hospitality team assigns all seating before guest arrival. Guests can purchase private seating in all sections other than General Admission.
- General Admission: A mix of table sizes, including larger tables for up to twelve guests.
- Premium: A combination of tables for two and four, positioned slightly farther back but still providing great views.
- Center Stage: Groupings of tables for two to four, providing excellent sightlines directly facing the stage.
How long is the show?
The show is roughly 2.5 hours.
Is Teatro ZinZanni appropriate for children?
We give Teatro ZinZanni a PG-13 rating.Â
While there is no specific age requirement to attend the show, the production features sophisticated humor, sensuality, and innuendo. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to decide if it is suitable for their children. Please note, there are no special ticket prices or menus for children. Babies in arms will be uncomfortable.
Do all ticket types include food?
You asked and we answered! Teatro ZinZanni has transitioned to a new model, where the meal is purchased separately from your show ticket.
Do not fear – our pre-fixe multi-course meal and many other delectable delights will still be available as an add-on option when purchasing your tickets, or you may order it from your server upon seating.
Are there any discounts for seniors or students? What about military?
Yes! We offer discounted tickets for Seniors, Students, and Government Workers (military, teachers, etc.) in all seating sections. Just use code COMMUNITY at checkout to access this special rate.
Do you offer any Rush or industry offers?
Yes! We offer 50% off Rush tickets for General Admission. Rush tickets go on sale every Monday from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM Pacific Time. Here’s how it works:
- Availability: To see that week’s available dates, enter the code TZRUSH in the box located in the upper right corner of the performance calendar.
- Booking Window & Exclusivity: This offer is active online only on Mondays from 12:00 PM (noon) to 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
- Limited Quantity: Rush tickets are VERY LIMITED. Once a performance’s allocation is sold out, no additional Rush tickets will be added.
- Ticket Limit: A maximum of four (4) Rush tickets can be purchased per customer.
- No Refunds or Exchanges: Rush tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- No Retroactive Application: This offer cannot be applied to previously made reservations.
Please note that Rush ticket availability may vary each week, so we recommend checking promptly when the offer becomes active. Remember to apply the TZRUSH code at checkout to receive the discount.
May I take photos during the Teatro ZinZanni show?
We welcome photos and videos until the start of the show, during your food and drink arrival, and after the performance ends. However, we kindly request that you refrain from using your devices during the theatrical acts for the safety of our staff and performers.
What should I wear? Is it formal?
Fancy schmancy attire is requested, but not required. Statement earrings paired with statement shoes? Sparkly tuxedo, jacket or tie? A sequined handbag or elbow length gloves? An exquisite masquerade mask or an oversized boa? How about a teeny tiny top hat? Anything goes at Teatro ZinZanni!Â
But please, no t-shirts, shorts, or flip flop sandals.
Will I be cold? Should I wear a coat?
Good news – we offer free coat check for all guests.Â
Our venue is completely indoors, but we recommend wearing outlandish outwear in case you catch a chill.
Do you honor Teatro ZinZanni gift cards?
Absolutely! Teatro ZinZanni gift cards never expire and can be used for payment directly through our website.Â
Unfortunately, gift cards are not available for purchase at this time due to the limited nature of our production.

What can I expect?
Founded in Seattle in 1998, Teatro ZinZanni’s productions unify the immeasurable talents from the best-of cirque, music, comedy, magic, and entertainment. Each Teatro ZinZanni performance is distinctly interactive and playful: to attend Teatro ZinZanni is to be a part of Teatro ZinZanni. And while attendees are encouraged to wear formal wear, they are also encouraged to embrace their wild, informal tendencies.
Do you do anything special for birthdays or important occasions?
We welcome celebrations of all kinds! Birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, non sequiturs, you name it! Give us all the details of your special event at checkout and we’ll be sure to make it a night to remember.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! We aim to accommodate dietary restrictions within the constraints of a set menu.Â
For guests choosing the tasting menu, please notify us of any dietary restrictions during checkout so our chefs can prepare your meal accordingly. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate Kosher or Halal meals. If you have specific questions about your dietary needs, our Box Office is happy to assist.

What is your gratuity policy?
All beverage service or food add-ons are subject to a 20% gratuity. For parties of six or more, your bill will be presented on one check.
What drinks are available?
A curated selection of wines, beers, and spirits is available for purchase during the performance, along with soft drinks and other non alcoholic options.Â
Teatro ZinZanni is a table-service-only venue, so please place your order with your server once you’ve been seated.
Can I bring my own bottle of wine if I pay a corkage fee?

REFUND AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
We allow cancellations for parties of 10 or fewer up until 72 hours before a scheduled performance, subject to a fee of $40 per ticket. Those who would like to retain their reservation can move their order to an alternative date for $10 per ticket.Â
We do not tender refunds within 72 hours of a scheduled performance; however, we would be happy to reschedule reservations for an alternative date for a fee of $40 per ticket.Â
Discounts cannot be applied to a previously completed purchase.Â

What is Teatro ZinZanni’s inclement weather policy?
Teatro ZinZanni performances will be canceled only if driving conditions are deemed perilous by the Washington Department of Transportation.
If a performance is canceled, Teatro ZinZanni will make every effort to contact all ticket holders by email by noon on the scheduled day.Â
If you are unable to attend a performance due to inclement weather and Teatro ZinZanni has not canceled that performance, you may notify the Box Office in advance of your current reservation and exchange your ticket for a different available performance.Â
Please note that we cannot exchange your tickets after your reservation date has passed.
What happens if a performance is canceled?
If Teatro ZinZanni cancels a performance, ticket exchanges will be provided. Exchanges will be made for the closest comparable price to your original reservation, rounding down when an exact match is not available.



ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
I have an accessibility need. Will you accommodate me?
Yes! Accessibility needs are best met in our General Admission seating area. Please inform the Box Office that a member of your party has accessibility needs at checkout, and we will provide the necessary accommodations. Please note that the show may include the use of strobes, hazers, and other visual effects. Ramp access is available for those who have difficulty navigating stairs.
Can I bring my service dog with me into the theatre?
