TZ Site Development Project Manager — Seattle

The Site Development Project Manager manages the development, build and oversite of our temporary structure through the installation and build of the permanent building. This entails drawing, budget development and management, timeline development, building code research, oversight of permit submittals, oversight of vendor selection, and coordination with the GC onsite and other aspects. The position will also require the ability to lead and direct others as well as interface with sub-contractors, vendors, clients and architects. This person will evaluate the project for progress, timeliness, work conditions and interface with outside and inside designers, owners, architects and subcontractors as needed. They will maintain awareness of the details of the project while understanding potential cause/effect, and solutions to items that arise on the project.

Design projects will develop for other cities as part of a site or as part of a show; the opportunity to work on design and construction is also available.

Costume Shop Manager — Seattle

The Costume Shop Manager is responsible for managing the Costume Shop, which includes the areas of costumes, wigs, makeup, wardrobe lead, dressers and maintenance staff. This position is responsible for overseeing all day to day shop activities including personnel, equipment, supplies, inventory, workroom and costume storage areas, independent contractors and providers, and communicates with other cities shops.The Costume Shop Manager works under the Production Stage Manager to establish and maintain expense budgets; works with the costume designer; and hires and supervises costume shop and wardrobe personnel, including makeup and wig contractors. The Costume Shop Manager is also responsible for overseeing waitstaff uniform contractors as well as all costume, wig, and makeup activities at the theater for all rehearsals and performances.

Marketing Manager — Seattle

Teatro Zinzanni is seeking a seasoned and talented Marketing Manager to support the marketing department in day-to-day efforts for TZZ Woodinville including Teatro ZinZanni Woodinville, Wheelhouse, and all future programs as they are developed. This position also develops communications and messaging with the goal of creating a vibrant, high profile, artistically recognized marketing and sales campaign that result in a strong presence and solid financial results.

The core responsibilities for this position are: execution of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional), maintaining external relations (vendors, partners, community relations etc.), budgeting, social media strategy (Facebook, Twitter, blog), advertising and public relations materials.

The team behind The Goddess & the  Grocer and The Goddess Rocks! is partnering with Teatro ZinZanni to open a unique 330 seat restaurant and show venue.  Teatro ZinZanni Restaurant, opening in the heart of the Loop this Summer, will be serving upscale classic American cuisine in a high energy Cirque and European cabaret style show.   Great hours, fun environment and conveniently located in the Loop near all transportation.

Substitute Sound Board Operator — Seattle

The Substitute Sound Board Operator fills in for the Sound Supervisor on an as-needed basis. Operates the sound system on an on-call basis and works with the Production Stage Manager to provides sound for band and performers and make sure the show sound is always at its best. The Substitute Sound Board Operator is responsible for the nightly sound operation of Teatro ZinZanni’s two and 1⁄2 hour live dining experience. Operator must be able to operate a fast moving show with lots of cues comfortably.

Stage Manager Sub — Seattle

The Stage Manager sub provides leadership and oversight for all show operations when the Production Stage Manager is not present. They will call all cues for sound, lights, prop moves and winch operation. They work with the Restaurant Manager on emergency procedures between the show and restaurant. They work collaboratively with production, creative and technical teams in realizing the artistic vision for Teatro ZinZanni through clear documentation and communication. This is a high paced and complicated show.
