Programming Assistant — Seattle

The Programming Assistant is a vital role in the Programming Department. This person works for the Artistic Director to run the Programming Department, process artist contracts, sets up housing/travel and all related logistics, creates and maintains systems and policies to accomplish and support these goals in both Woodinville and Chicago. Social Media Specialist — Chicago

Randolph Entertainment, producing partner of Teatro ZinZanni, is seeking a Social Media Specialist – Contract Position, Hourly Rate or Monthly Retainer.

The Social Media Specialist will support the Teatro ZinZanni marketing team by creating, curating, and disseminating social media content across a variety of platforms. The specialist will create posts that engage with patrons and patron comments, posts from a “backstage” perspective, and posts featuring our patrons and performers during the Teatro ZinZanni experience. Stage Manager – Sub — Chicago

The Stage Manager sub provides leadership and oversight for all show operations when the Production Stage Manager is not present. They will call all cues for sound, lights, prop moves and winch operation. They work with the Restaurant Manager on emergency procedures between the show and restaurant. They work collaboratively with production, creative and technical teams in realizing the artistic vision for Teatro ZinZanni through clear documentation and communication. This is a high paced and complicated show.

Marketing Manager — Seattle

Teatro Zinzanni is seeking a seasoned and talented Marketing Manager to support the marketing department in day-to-day efforts for TZZ Woodinville including Teatro ZinZanni Woodinville, Wheelhouse, and all future programs as they are developed. This position also develops communications and messaging with the goal of creating a vibrant, high profile, artistically recognized marketing and sales campaign that result in a strong presence and solid financial results.

The core responsibilities for this position are: execution of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional), maintaining external relations (vendors, partners, community relations etc.), budgeting, social media strategy (Facebook, Twitter, blog), advertising and public relations materials.

Staff Accountant (AP, A/R, GL,Payroll) — Seattle

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounting specialist to process accounts payable, and assist with the monthly general ledger reconciliations and financial statement preparation and review. The position interfaces with many levels of Teatro ZinZanni’s management and employees, as well as external agencies, vendors, and our customers so customer service skills are essential. The person in this role must be organized, detail oriented and flexible while maintaining a very high level of competency and confidentiality due to the nature and exposure of the work performed.

Master Cutter/Draper — Seattle

This position is the driving force of the costume shop’s team and requires strong draping and patternmaking/cutting abilities. The Master Cutter/Draper is the primary cutter, draper and patternmaker for the new shows and works with the first hand to supervise and instruct the stitchers. They set workroom standards for construction and serve as a resource to staff in construction methods. A high level of knowledge, independent judgment, creativity, initiative and problem solving skills are necessary. This is a fast paced environment requiring an open, creative and collaborative approach to making period, modern dress and unusual costumes.

Sound Engineer – Sub — Chicago

The Soundboard Operator is responsible for the partial sound operation of Teatro ZinZanni’s two and 1⁄2 hour live dining experience. The Soundboard Operator provides sound for band and performers. Must be able to operate a fast moving show with lots of cues comfortably. This position is responsible for the care and maintenance of the sound equipment and band equipment while working.

Backstage Manager – Sub — Chicago

The Backstage Manager Sub works the show and helps with daily production issues, assisting the Production Stage Manager by being on headset during the show, assists with rehearsals, oversees and performs all stage moves, including operation of a motorized zip-lift during aerial performances, does simple prop repairs, preshow sets and ensures that all artists have the necessary props during the performance and keeps the backstage and stage area’s clean and in good working condition.

Line Cook — Seattle

The Teatro ZinZanni Line Cook prepares food consistent with Teatro ZinZanni recipes, menus and standards for guests and staff; and insures proper handling of all food-in-process items and the proper presentation of all prepared items. Duties include cleaning dishes and kitchen utensils, ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, stocking shelves, and assisting chefs with food preparation.

The Teatro ZinZanni Dishwashers are an integral part of Teatro ZinZanni. Their main duty is to provide timely support to kitchen and dining room operations (cleaning dishes and kitchen utensils, ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, stocking shelves, and assisting chefs with food preparation). Teatro ZinZanni Dishwashers must ensure speed, efficiency and cleanliness in the restaurant on a consistent basis.
