We will gladly accommodate any dietary restrictions to the best of our capabilities within the constraints of a live performance and a set menu, provided ample and detailed notice is received. During the booking process, hosts will be prompted for any dietary requirements and the information is stored directly in the reservation to be followed by our hospitality team on the day of the performance.  Note: Kosher and Halal meals can not be accommodated.

We work with our experienced partner Filling the Frame to make sure that all photography needs are met before, during, and after the show at an exclusive group rate. Filling the Frame Photography is known throughout Washington State for creating the perfect photo every time. Guests are encouraged to relax, enjoy the show and let Filling the Frame Photography take care of the memories

Personal photography & cell phones are not allowed during the actual show. 

Ample street and garage parking is available within the area. Please be mindful of individual garages’ hours of operation. 

Seating is based on party size, seating section, and accessibility needs. We want to make sure all special seating needs are met for your group (i.e. wheelchair, walker, special needs or requests, etc.) and take  great care to ensure our guests are comfortable for the whole duration of the event. For this reason, all seating is pre-assigned prior to guest arrival to best meet all parties needs.. Please let us know in advance and in detail should you have any specific requests of  accessibility requirements. 

Please Note: Teatro Zinzanni’s trademark is communal seating. In general admission, requests of a specific area, such as booth, floor, etc., particular seating within your group, etc. will be noted. We try our best to accommodate requests, however, specific seating requests are not guaranteed. Guaranteed table assignments can be purchased in Inner Ring and Premium seating sections.

The beauty and refinement of the building and every detail in it are the perfect backdrop for you to showcase the very best in your closet and make a glamorous entrance! We welcome moments of imagination, whimsy, or mystery to embellish your formal, black tie evening attire. Statement earrings or shoes? Sparkly tuxedo, jacket or tie?  A sequined handbag or elbow length gloves? An exquisite masquerade mask or an oversized boa? How about a fedora or a tiny top hat? Anything goes at Teatro ZinZanni!

A delicious word of warning: you may become part of the show! so dress for an impromptu moment in the spotlight or for spontaneous dancing. Anything is possible at Teatro Zinzanni’s 25th Anniversary Celebration!

Teatro Zinzanni’s standard show length is 3 hours with several service breaks throughout the show. Guests are invited to join us up to an hour prior to their performance to socialize, enjoy a refreshing beverage, or take group photos. Group bookings are welcome to book our bar and lounge area for up to an additional hour prior to doors opening to the general public. 

For private events only: please let us know if you would like to alter the standard length of the performance. Our production staff will collaborate with you to customize the show to your unique needs.
