We allow cancellations for parties under 10 up until 72 hours prior to a scheduled performance for a fee of $40 per ticket. Those who would like to retain their reservation can move their order to an alternative date for $10 per ticket. 

We do not tender refunds within 72 hours of a scheduled performance; however we would be happy to reschedule reservations for an alternative date for a fee of $40 per ticket.

If Teatro ZinZanni cancels a performance, ticket exchanges will be offered. Exchanges will be granted for the closest amount of your original reservation, rounding down when an exact match is not available.
