Teatro ZinZanni is located on the 14th floor of the Cambria Hotel at 32 W. Randolph in Chicago’s Loop and Theatre District. 

The running time of the performance is approximately 2.5 hours including 2 intermissions.

Doors open one hour before showtime, and pre-show entertainment begins approximately 30 minutes before showtime. 

Thursday-Saturday night shows begin at 7PM. Sunday night shows begin at 4PM. The Saturday and Thursday matinees begin at noon (12 PM). 

We are located in Chicago’s Loop, so you never quite know what traffic you may encounter! We suggest you arrive early as we want you to have plenty of time to explore our gorgeous lounge  with a distinguished bar ready to serve you delicious and inventive cocktails, wines, and bubbly.

We are within walking distance of all CTA Loop train lines, and close to CTA bus routes. We are also close to many Metra stations, including Union Station.

If you wish to pay at the garage on the night of the show, we are able to validate parking down to $25 (ask guest services for a validation sticker). We do not have valet services.

Teatro ZinZanni is a paperless venue. Patrons check in with our host by providing the last name on the reservation. If you have other guests joining you, please make sure they know the last name on the reservation.

Yes, we hope you do. Our lobby bar remains open for 30 minutes after the show. Beer, wine and non alcoholic beverages are available for purchase in the lounge after the show.

Teatro ZinZanni offers complimentary coat check services. Coats, umbrellas, hats, bags, etc., can be left for safekeeping for the duration of the show. Teatro ZinZanni uses a ticket system for tracking and safekeeping your possessions. Items placed with our coat check attendant will be waiting for you in the coat check area at the end of show. Please note that for the safety of the performers and the servers, we do not allow coats to be hung on the backs of chairs, and all large bags must be checked. The temperature in the tent is kept at a lovely 72 degrees, so leave that coat with us and show off your wonderful outfit!
