Stairs

Please note there are two small steps to reach our outer ring seating. We recommend that guests with mobility concerns purchase in one of our other sections.

ASL Interpretation

If you require ASL interpretation, we ask that you contact us at (312) 488-0900 or chicago-boxoffice@zinzanni.com at least 2 weeks in advance. 

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted listening devices are available on-site, just ask to see the manager when you arrive.

ADA Seating

Please note that while we do offer ADA seating, we only have a limited number of ADA seats.  Premium Perimeter is our most accessible seating section.  We advise selecting Premium Perimeter for guests who require the use of a wheelchair throughout the performance. 

Content Advisories

Please note that the show does feature the use of strobes, hazers, and other stimuli. Check in with our Front of House Manager upon arrival and they will advise you on when these special effects take place during the show – you can then decide if you would like to briefly move outside the tent during those moments.
