Check-in begins at:
11 AM for a 12 PM show for matinees
6 PM for a 7 PM show for evenings
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to showtime at the very latest to allow ample time for seating.
The experience of a lifetime awaits you within the walls of the Sanctuary at Lotte Hotel. Check your coat as you wish, order a drink from the Halo Bar, and take in the ambience. We’ve been preparing for our 25th anniversary party for some time and are anxious to share it with our guests.
SO WHERE ARE YOUR TICKETS?
We are a ticketless venue and your name is already on the list! When you’re ready to be seated, simply give your first and last name to the hostess to be seated.
WONDERING WHAT TO WEAR?
Teatro ZinZanni was designed to dress to the nines! From boas to bangles, feel free to deck yourself out in whatever dressy garb suits your style, but please no t-shirts, shorts or flip flop sandals.

Guests are welcome to wear masks at their discretion, however please keep in mind that you will be eating and drinking in a shared space.

The Lotte Hotel is located in Downtown Seattle in the F5 Tower. Paid parking options are available via nearby garages or on the street.
If you’re arriving via rideshare or taxi, please make sure to put the ‘Lotte Hotel Seattle’ as your destination.

- Our recommended garage is ACE Parking just across the street from Lotte. Cost is $8 per car from 5-11pm.
- The address to enter the garage is at 500 Columbia Street, Seattle, WA
- Parking can be paid for in the lobby which is open until 11pm, but guests can enter any time with the call button as there is 24/7 security.

The Cambria Hotel is located in the heart of the Loop. There is ample paid garage and street parking in the area, and we have partnered with iParkIt to offer pre-paid parking options at Theater District Self Park, located at 181 North Dearborn.
