The job duties of the Restaurant Manager are essential to the successful operation of Teatro Zinzanni. The RM oversees daily food and beverage operations and ensures customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

The RM manages staff scheduling, nightly reconciliation, payroll, and human resources functions. They are tasked with managing the nightly staffing schedule, ensuring that the restaurant and bar are properly staffed, manage the overall floor operation and helping to expedite the nightly food plan.\u00a0The RM coordinates and manages any HR needs as they arise in conjunction with the Director of Operations.<\/p>\n

The Lighting Supervisor operates the light board nightly for shows and works with the Lighting Designer (LD) and Stage Manager (SM) to create the best show possible. They operate and adjust cues as determined by the Director and SM. They will train a lighting sub to cover extended show weeks. This person must have worked on an EOS light board or something comparable. Once the show is operating, they will create an equipment maintenance schedule with the SM. The Sound Operator is responsible for the nightly sound operation of Teatro Zinzanni\u2019s three-hour live show. The show has about 9 artists and 6 musicians that play music for the show. The artists are mainly on lavalier mics. which require constant attention while also mixing the band. The show is complicated and requires someone with experience. Sound operator will attend all sound related meetings and provide sound notes to the Stage Manager. This position is responsible for all of the sound equipment and band equipment and will make sure it is kept in top shape. They will call all cues for sound, lights, music, and prop moves. They work with the Restaurant Manager on emergency procedures between the show and restaurant. They work collaboratively with production, creative and technical teams in realizing the artistic vision for Teatro ZinZanni through clear documentation and communication. This position is responsible for the operation of the lighting system of Teatro Zinzanni\u2019s three-hour live show. This person works with the LD, SM, and Lighting Supervisor, to create the best show possible. They work with the Lighting Supervisor in advance of the show on the lighting equipment installation and all related paperwork. They work on the hang and focus of all fixtures. They are present during the cueing of the show. Teatro Zinzanni is looking for a Costume Maintenance stitcher at our new SODO site <\/span><\/p>\n

The Wardrobe Maintenance person assists the morning of the show with costume laundry and costume sewing repairs and maintenance. Experience with machine and hand sewing, costume repairs, costume laundry and cleaning are required. This person comes in every morning and does the hand and machine laundry of the costumes as well as steaming and repair work. They check through the notes and repairs list from the previous evening performance, figure out what repairs are needed and get all the costumes cleaned, prepped and ready for the Wardrobe lead and Lead Dresser to come in and manage the evenings show. The maintenance hours are from 9:30AM to 3:30PM. We will also train the maintenance person to be a substitute Dresser, so that there are always people in rotation that can dress the show when needed. This position also assists as needed the Director of Ticketing & Audience Services with daily operations, sales analysis and reporting, and overall management of ticket sales transactions for the Teatro ZinZanni Box Office.
