Angus Rib Eye Steak $10

Substitute a choice cut grilled to order, Angus Beef rib eye steak with mushroom-Parmesan sauce and Duchesse potato, with Shiitake mushroom, snap pea, green bean and sweet red pepper, garnished with shallot crisp and pea vine tossed in basil pesto

Wagyu Kobe Rib Eye Steak $30

Substitute a “Double R Ranch” Wagyu Kobe rib eye steak, grilled to order, served with mushroom-Parmesan sauce and Duchesse potato, with Shiitake mushroom, snap pea, green bean and sweet red pepper, garnished with shallot crisp and pea vine tossed in basil pesto

Lobster $22

Add a baked Atlantic lobster tail served with herb butter and fresh lemon to any entrée or entree upgrade

  • A full selection of cocktails, fine wine, domestic and imported beer, champagne, cognac, and after-dinner drinks is available in the lounge and at your table. The Lounge is open one hour before show time.
  • Your ticket purchase includes dinner and the show—gratuity and beverages are not included in the ticket price. There is a $8 per person base gratuity charged on the night of the show.
  • For parties of 6 or more, beverage purchases will be presented on one check with 20% gratuities included.
