Teatro ZinZanni and its partners are committed to providing a safe and magical environment for all our patrons, performers, and staff. In a time of rapidly changing regulations and recommendations, we will always operate in compliance with State and local requirements, as well as with C.D.C. recommendations where appropriate.
We thank you in advance for your patience as our staff adapts and responds to the latest rules. If capacity, social distancing, or mask requirements are in place during your visit, you may be asked to comply with some or all of the following safety protocols
Upon arrival, guests may be asked to undergo a brief temperature check prior to picking up their seating card for the evening. Elevator rides may be limited by party and we recommend guests plan to arrive with plenty of time before the performance. Only ticketed and screened guests will be allowed into the lobby.
Guests may be required to wear a mask or equivalent multi-layer face covering at all times, which must completely cover the nose and mouth. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided. Guests should remove face coverings only while they are eating or drinking.
A brief symptom-screening process may be required before you enter the venue. You may be asked if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have had any exposure to someone that has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
You may be given a touchless temperature test. If an elevated temperature is detected, you will be asked to step to the side for a second test.
Those experiencing an elevated temperature or other COVID-19 symptoms will be denied entrance and given a takeaway packet with directions for arranging a ticket exchange.
To allow for maximum social distancing, seating inside the spiegeltent may be reduced and reconfigured, with single-party tables. Should this be the case, only guests from the same party may be seated at the same table. Guests will be escorted into the spiegeltent in an orderly, staggered fashion. Staff will monitor this process to ensure all parties remain adequately distanced at all times.
When leaving during the show for any reason, we ask that you exit the same way you entered. If social distancing restrictions are in place, at the end of the show guests will be instructed to remain seated and will be guided out by hosts to allow for proper social distancing.
The ventilation equipment inside the spiegeltent has been adjusted to allow the maximum amount of fresh air in the overall air mix. The HVAC filters have been upgraded to hospital grade MERV-13 filters that trap airborne particles as small as .3 microns. Bipolar Ionization systems have been installed in each HVAC unit. They are designed to purify the air by eliminating airborne particulates, odors, and pathogens.
Employee Training & Standards
Teatro ZinZanni is committed to clear communication with our employees, as well as our guests. We have created employee training procedures including self-monitoring before coming to work and testing and screening procedures to maintain a healthy workplace. We have developed new standards for employee vaccinations, social distancing backstage, and require all employees to wear masks while in the workplace. We have also adopted standards in the event an employee is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or tests positive for COVID-19. Continued attention and adherence to all policies and procedures that protect both our guests and employees is our priority.
