The menu for Be Italian! features the following (subject to change):

Appetizer

Buricotta cheese and mint pesto crostino garnished with marinated artichoke hearts, pine nuts and red currants

Soup

Creamy Italian white bean soup drizzled with Alba white truffle oil

Salad

Caprese salad with Kumato and heirloom tomatoes, marinated Mozzarella, fresh basil and balsamic vinegar reduction, on a bed of arugula salad tossed with a light citrus vinaigrette

Entrées

Sirloin Steak

Grilled 'Double R Ranch' sirlion steak with a red wine demi-glace sauce, served with roasted rosemary fingerling potatoes, tri-color baby carrots, with a garnish of pearl onions, green leeks and cherry tomatoes

Salmon

King Salmon served with a light mustard-white wine and fresh tarragon sauce on creamy wild mushroom risotto, with roasted sage Brussels sprouts

Vegetarian

House-made lasagna layered with seasonal grilled vegetables, fresh Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, and a Chianti Roma tomato wine sauce, garnished with fresh basil

Vegan

Potato gnocchi served in a rich marinara sauce, garnished with fresh basil

Dessert

Tiramisu soaked in espresso, layered with rich Mascarpone cheese and garnished with white and dark chocolate

Wagyu Kobe Rib Eye Steak $30

Substitute a 'Double R Ranch' Wagyu Kobe rib eye steak served with fresh herb tallow butter, roasted rosemary fingerling potatoes and tri-color baby carrots, garnished with pearl onions, green leek, and cherry tomato

Surf and Turf $18

Grilled sirloin steak with fresh herb tallow butter, and King Salmon filet with a light mustard white wine tarragon sauce, served with roasted rosemary fingerling potatoes and tri-color baby carrots

Lobster $22

6-7 oz. baked Atlantic lobster tail served with fresh herb butter and lemon wedge

Salmon Caesar Salad $15 add-on / 8 entrée sub

King salmon served on romaine hearts tossed with classic Caesar dressing

A selection of artisanal cheese and Italian cold cuts, served fresh grapes and crostini

  • Menu and beverage selections are subject to change without notice.
  • Each course is served at your table and service is completely intertwined with the show.
  • A full selection of cocktails, fine wine, domestic and imported beer, champagne, cognac, and after-dinner drinks is available in the lounge and at your table. The Lounge is open one hour before show time.
  • If you have a special bottle of wine you would like to bring with you to the show and it is not on our wine list, you are welcome to do so, limited to four 750 ml bottles or two magnums per party. There is a $20 per 750ml bottle and $40 per magnum corkage fee.
  • Your ticket purchase includes dinner and the show—gratuity and beverages are not included in the ticket price. There is a $6 per person base gratuity charged on the night of the show.
  • For parties of 6 or more, beverage purchases will be presented on one check with 18% gratuities included.
