House-made profiterole filled with smoked salmon mousse

Soup

Smoked corn bisque garnished with crème fraîche

Salad

Arugula, frisée and butter leaf salad, dressed with
black sesame seed vinaigrette, garnished with
cardamom-pickled baby radish and strawberry

Entrées

Sirloin Steak

Sirloin steak served with chimichurri sauce, sweet potato cake and roasted asparagus

Salmon

Columbia River Steelhead salmon, served with Bing
cherry sauce, french lentil ragout and roasted asparagus

Vegetarian

Pasta shells stuffed with sautéed spinach, crumbled
tofu, cashews and fresh herbs in a rich tomato sauce

*also available as a vegan option

Dessert

Gâteau au chocolat

Layers of dark chocolate cake and raspberry mousse,
garnished with white and dark chocolate twill

A selection of artisanal cheeses and cured meats,
served with fresh fruit, spiced almonds and rosemary toast

  • Menu and beverage selections are subject to change without notice.
  • Each course is served at your table and service is completely intertwined with the show.
  • A full selection of cocktails, fine wine, domestic and imported beer, champagne, cognac, and after-dinner drinks is available in the lounge and at your table. The Lounge is open one hour before show time.
  • If you have a special bottle of wine you would like to bring with you to the show and it is not on our wine list, you are welcome to do so, limited to four 750 ml bottles or two magnums per party. There is a $20 per 750ml bottle and $40 per magnum corkage fee.
  • Your ticket purchase includes dinner and the show—gratuity and beverages are not included in the ticket price. There is a $6 per person base gratuity charged on the night of the show.
  • For parties of 6 or more, beverage purchases will be presented on one check with 18% gratuities included.
