The menu for When Sparks Fly features the following (subject to change):

Appetizer

Beef and pork meatball duo seasoned with toasted caraway and basil, served with a warm blackberry – tarragon reduction

Soup

Chilled avocado topped with an heirloom tomato and sweet onion concasse

Salad

Golden and red beets, artichoke hearts, Granny Smith apples, squash, arugula, and shaved fennel topped with a champagne vinaigrette

Entrées

Cider Braised Pork Shank

Duroc Pork Osso Bucco with a raspberry – pinot noir reduction served with roasted new red and gold rosemary potatoes, and a cremini mushroom-fiddlehead fern garlic sauté

Wild Alaskan Halibut

White miso glazed Halibut topped with a ginger – sesame cream served with black rice and a fresh blackberry-jicama salad dressed in yuzu

Vegetable Napoleon

Layers of phyllo pastry, roasted sweet
corn-edamame relish, and roasted garlic, yukon, and purple potato mash on a sun dried tomato cream

Dessert

The Confectional’s chocolate cheesecake dipped in dark chocolate, served with
a pistachio-almond cream wafer

Wild Alaskan halibut marinated in fresh lime juice, cilantro, tomato, and green onion, served with olive oil crostini

House-made Flat Bread & Hummus Trio $5

Fresh herb and roasted garlic flat bread served with Guajillo pepper, lemon-spinach, and smoked pepper hummus

Grand Central Bread Basket $4.50

Whole wheat and sourdough fresh baked bread served with three kinds of whipped butter.

Sub a Filet Mignon $6

Substitute an all-natural Double ‘R’ Ranch 7oz filet mignon with a raspberry – pinot noir reduction for the Pork Shank

Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad $7

Wild Alaskan salmon blackened with house spices, served on a bed of whole leaf romaine lettuce, tossed with an eggless Caesar dressing and topped with brioche croutons

Lobster Tail add on $26

Add a 6oz North Atlantic lobster tail to any entrée

7oz filet mignon and a 6oz North Atlantic lobster tail

  • Menu and beverage selections are subject to change without notice.
  • Each course is served at your table and service is completely intertwined with the show.
  • A full selection of cocktails, fine wine, domestic and imported beer, champagne, cognac, and after-dinner drinks is available in the lounge and at your table. The Lounge is open one hour before show time.
  • If you have a special bottle of wine you would like to bring with you to the show and it is not on our wine list, you are welcome to do so, limited to four 750 ml bottles or two magnums per party. There is a $20 per 750ml bottle and $40 per magnum corkage fee.
  • Your ticket purchase includes dinner and the show—gratuity and beverages are not included in the ticket price. There is a $6 per person base gratuity charged on the night of the show.
  • For parties of 6 or more, beverage purchases will be presented on one check with 18% gratuities included.
