Savory chilled tower of saffron fire-roasted tomato sauce with root vegetables; Finocchiona salami and Tillamook aged white cheddar.

Golden split pea soup garnished with lime crème fraiche

Whole leaf Caesar salad with brioche croutons,
shaved Parmesan, and fresh lemon

Entrées

Lamb Chop & Kobe Sirloin Duo

All natural herbed lamb chop and petite Double R Ranch Kobe sirloin with smoked Gouda cream, served with Gorgonzola potatoes au gratin, and seasonal vegetables

Wild Alaskan Halibut

Wild caught Halibut with citrus-peppadew butter and yuzu-sage cream sauce served with fines herbes, roasted leek and Thai basil jasmine rice, and seasonal vegetables

Vegetarian

Roasted pumpkin and mascarpone ravioli topped with pea vines and broccolini in a rich citrus-herb cream sauce garnished with toasted almonds, and shaved Parmesan cheese

Dessert

Passion fruit cheesecake and an orange-almond petit sponge cake filled with chocolate rum butter cream

  • Menu and beverage selections are subject to change without notice.
  • Each course is served at your table and service is completely intertwined with the show.
  • A full selection of cocktails, fine wine, domestic and imported beer, champagne, cognac, and after-dinner drinks is available in the lounge and at your table. The Lounge is open one hour before show time.
  • If you have a special bottle of wine you would like to bring with you to the show and it is not on our wine list, you are welcome to do so, limited to four 750 ml bottles or two magnums per party. There is a $20 per 750ml bottle and $40 per magnum corkage fee.
  • Your ticket purchase includes dinner and the show—gratuity and beverages are not included in the ticket price. There is a $6 per person base gratuity charged on the night of the show.
  • For parties of 6 or more, beverage purchases will be presented on one check with 18% gratuities included.
